ABOUT US
Tammy met her husband, John, in 6th grade when both their families moved to Ahwatukee, AZ (Phoenix suburb). They grew up together and in 2001, they started dating. In 2004, they got married on Newport Beach, CA. They currently have one fur baby, a rescue dog named Buddy.
Tammy & John love exploring the beauty of Arizona and the United States. They have a small inflatable boat that has taken them on adventures on various parts of the Colorado River as well as Canyon Lake. On these adventures they like to visit as many State and National Parks and archaeological and Petroglyph sites as possible.
Tammy has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2001 as a REALTOR® in the Phoenix area. In 2017, she was recruited to serve as the Client Relations and Business Development Manager for a top producing branch in San Diego, CA. In late 2019, she and John moved back to Chandler, AZ and she made the decision to start originating mortgages. In 2021, Tammy’s eyes were opened to the world of being a Mortgage Broker and moved her license to NEXA Mortgage, the largest mortgage broker in the country.
Brokers Are Better
The common Motto for Mortgage Brokers is ‘Brokers Are Better’. The reason for that is Mortgage Brokers serve the consumer better than being a Mortgage Banker with better rates, fewer fees, and far more products than a Mortgage Banker. In the end it is a better consumer experience and that is why Tammy made the move.
